Terms of use
Effective October 13, 2026
Agreement
These terms apply when you use PDFPageLab, provided by Sidelane Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the service is
A free tool that runs in your browser and lets you split, merge, rotate, flip, reorder, extract and delete PDF pages. We may change, add or remove features, or stop the service, at any time.
Your files
You keep all rights to your files. We do not receive or store them. You confirm that you have the right to open and change any file you use with the service, and that you will not use it to infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to do anything unlawful, to try to disrupt, overload or attack it, or to copy or resell it as your own. Do not attempt to bypass the way it works to gain access to anything that is not yours.
Our content and open-source software
The site design, text and branding belong to Sidelane Labs. The service uses open-source software, including PDF.js, pdf-lib and JSZip, which remain under their own licences.
Output and backups
Complex PDFs (for example those with forms, bookmarks, signatures or unusual features) may not be reproduced exactly in the files you create. Always keep the original and check the result before relying on it.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where the law allows us to limit liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous twelve months, which for the free service is nothing.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or block access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
